FFXI/POL Login Script

As many of you know, the whole process to log into FINAL FANTASY XI is tedious if not a complete waste of process. To play, you need to first; log into PLAY ONLINE, then wait for the connection, then enter password to SQUARE ENIX, wait, then select FINAL FANTASY XI, then PLAY x2. Me personally, it didn't take long to address this.

My initial was to just make a quick logon as a stand alone file, however, people may fear that I am scamming PASSWORDS of your account, and therefore would probably miss out on an otherwise safe app.

So I decided on some type of open source (hopefully there are more LEGIT people out there vs PIRATES, and will give me credit for this utility. But the net is what it is)
Here is a FINAL FANTASY XI login script I put together.  All you have to do is edit the password (below), save as a .au3 extension and right click to run. Must have AUTOIT installed (For serious devs, I would also get the: Advanced Editor).

Then it will load up POL, log you in to POL, then SQUARE ENIX and finally to FINAL FANTASY XI. All with one click!

If it gets enough attention, I'll mod it for other screen resolutions. currently it has only been tested with 1920 x 1080.

INSTALLATION:

1. Install AUTOIT(for now, will make .exe later)
2. Edit source where it says polPath
3. If you have a different polClassName you will have to use autoit to find it.
4. The app will do the rest and log you on.

TODO: (all this is based on interest. Example, I dont use a 2-step,so have no interest)

• Change mouse pos relative to client window
• Remove timers(sleep) and substitute for color check for various inputs for faster login
• Add provision for 2-Step Authorization
• Switch engine to stand alone.

UPDATES

• 3/24/18 - Big overhaul. Most timers gone, prepping for .exe format
• 3/19/18 - Changed coords to client mode - Now can use all screen rez.(I think)
• 3/18/18 - Initial Release
